At Gills Fish & Chips, we take pride in serving high-quality food and providing great customer service. If you are not satisfied with your order, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or offer a refund where appropriate.
Quality Issues
If there is a problem with the quality of your food, please inform us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We may request a photo or for the item to be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Cash refunds are only available for cash payments.
Cancellation Policy
In-Store Orders
Once an order has been prepared, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
Phone/Online Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been prepared or is out for delivery, we may not be able to process a refund.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued at our discretion, based on how much of the order has been prepared. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Delivery & Collection Orders
•If your order is not collected within a reasonable time, we cannot guarantee the quality of the food, and no refund will be issued.
•For delivery orders, if our driver is unable to reach you and cannot complete the delivery, we may not be able to issue a refund.
